Downhill Skiing for Men and Women age 55+
The Rocky Mountain Seniors Ski Club is a non-profit organization dedicated to promoting alpine skiing for seniors (aged 55+) at all ability levels. Based in Edmonton, Alberta, the Club was incorporated in April 2008. Whether you like to ski leisurely down the easy groomers or attack the double black diamonds, you’ll find many others to share your pleasure. Besides regular skiing at our home hill in Edmonton, Snow Valley, the club organizes 6 to 8 mid-week tours to various mountain ski resorts in Alberta and B.C. every winter, usually of 4 days duration.
Club members have the opportunity to stay active during the summer with twice-weekly bike rides and once-a-week golf. If biking and golfing all summer aren’t enough to get those legs in shape, the club also organizes a pre-ski conditioning program, led by a qualified fitness instructor, prior to the start of the ski season. These off-season activities are an excellent way to socialize with the other members and even find prospective room mates for the upcoming ski trip season!
If you are a 55+ skier living in the Edmonton area, or anywhere else in the world for that matter, you are welcome to join our club and take advantage of the tremendous rates that we are able to provide for our members on the mountain tours. Go to the “Join Us” page to download the membership forms.

Hint: if you want to print a double-sided booklet so save paper, in Adobe Reader print the even pages first, re-insert the bundle into your in-tray and then print the odd pages. Depending on your printer, you may have to turn the bundle over before re-inserting.
