  • sets policies and practices governing the operation of the Club;
  • organizes activities,
  • maintains a sense of community,
  • publishes printed and electronic materials,
  • maintains records, and
  • manages finances.
  • Currently there are 12 Executive positions. Executive members are elected for a 2-year term. They may extend this term by an additional two years. The Executive meets about 10 times a year. There is an Operating Manual to guide and provide support for Executive members in their roles. Click on the position for more information about the responsibilities of that position.

For more information or to volunteer for one of the positions, contact the Past President at pastpres@seniorsski.com

Tour Hosts ensure everyone on the tour has a room, a lift pass, a bus seat or a ride, and a great time. A Tour Host Manual and support are provided. Becoming a Tour Host is an excellent way of meeting members. The Executive shares the responsibility of providing successful tours to our members. The Tour Coordinator has signed the contracts with the vendors and made arrangements for accommodation, lift passes, bus transportation, Welcoming Reception, and Club Dinner. Tour Hosts then take over; receiving and accounting for tour reservations, handling cancellations, confirming arrangements for accommodation and transportation, providing a trip itinerary and a tour report.

For more information or to volunteer to become a tour host at some future date, contact the current Tour Coordinators at tours@seniorsski.com

A Ski Club Buddy contacts new members to welcome them to the Club and helps them meet other members and become active in the Club.
